Blue Moon Oil & Gas owner, David Hines, hasn't had a break since last April because the oil business is booming. He came this weekend with Billy Jack Miller of Rio Grande Guide Service and caught all the blue catfish he wanted. Billy Jack then took the fish to Chef Mack of Elephant Butte Inn, who prepared his client's fish three different ways: blackened, baked and deep fried!!
