MONDAY LUNCH Fried Chicken tenders wrapped in a flour tortilla with green Chile-bacon Alf redo sauce with jack and cheddar cheeses. Choice of Side.
MONDAY DINNER: Flame broiled 6oz. sirloin with two Chile rellenos topped with red or green Chile, jack and cheddar cheeses with rice and beans. Your choice of Soup or Salad.
TUESDAY LUNCH: Flame broiled Big Butte Burger topped with sautéed jalapenos and onions, cherry BBQ sauce and jack cheese. Your choice of side.
TUESDAY DINNER: Flame broiled 6oz. sirloin served over broccoli, and gnocchi (potato dumpling) with creamy Alfredo sauce. Soup or Salad.
WEDNESDAY LUNCH: Tuna salad on toasted rye bread with lettuce, tomato, bacon and Swiss cheese. Your choice of side.
WEDNESDAY DINNER: A scoop of tuna salad served on a Caesar Salad.
THURSDAY LUNCH: Grilled ham, bacon and green Chile on whole wheat with melted jack and cheddar cheeses. Choice of side.
THURSDAY DINNER: Deep fried Chile relleno wrapped in a flour tortilla with shredded beef, red or green Chile, jack and cheddar cheeses with rice and beans.
FRIDAY LUNCH Blackened Yellow Fin Tuna Caesar Salad.
FRIDAY DINNER: Chef's Choice
SATURDAY LUNCH: Chicken fried steak topped with beef-onion gravy. Comes with mashed potatoes, corn cobbette and a biscuit.
SATURDAY DINNER: 12 oz. Prime Rib 12oz. slice of prime rib served with potato or rice with vegetables, au jus & horseradish. Choice of soup or salad.
