Breakfast 

One Egg Breakfast1 egg cooked any style, served with buttered toast, hash browns and your choice of 1 slice of bacon, sausage or ham. 

Two Egg Breakfast:  2 eggs cooked any style, served with buttered toast, hash browns and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham.   

Build Your Own Omelet:  3 egg omelet with your choice of 3 fillings:  green Chile, ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onion or tomato.  Served with hash browns and toast.   

Biscuits and Gravy:  2 buttermilk biscuits covered in country gravy, served with hash browns.  $4.95...add 2 eggs  

Breakfast Burrito:  A large flour tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, potatoes and cheese.  Your choice of 3 fillings:  green Chile, ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onion or tomato.     Additional toppings 50 cents each...smothered in red or green Chile Sauce 

Huevos Rancheros:  2 eggs cooked any style, over layered corn tortillas and cheese smothered in red or green Chile, served with pinto beans.  

Corned Beef Hash:  2 eggs cooked any style and corned beef hash, served with bttered toast and hash browns.  

Steak and Eggs..6 oz. sirloin steak served with 2 eggs any style, hashbrowns and buttered toast.   Smother in gravy or red or green chile.  

Christy's Corn Pancakes with Green Chile and Bacon..Our signature combo of spicy New Mexico green chile, smoky hickory bacon and sweet corncake batter.  Try it with syrup!  

French Toast..Two slices of Texas Toast Grilled to perfection served with butter and hot maple syrup.

Pancakes: 3 large fluffy pancakes with whipped butter and maple syrup.    Add strawberries and whipped cream..Short stack (2 large)

Cottage Cheese and Fruit..Cup of cottage cheese and seasonal fresh fruit

Soup and Salads

Cobb Salad  or  Half Cobb  :  Crisp fresh lettuce topped with cheese, black olives, hickory bacon, chopped tomato, onion, sliced avocado and hard boiled egg slices.  Lite Cobb substitute cheese and bacon with Feta.  Add Chicken or Salmon or Sirloin Strips 

Chicken or Beef Fajita Salad :  Grilled chicken or sirloin strips tossed with peppers and onions over a bed of lettuce in a fried flour tortilla bowl.  Topped with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

Big Butte Burger ...featured on the New Mexico Green Chile Cheeseburger Trail   1/3 lb. Fresh all-beef-patty with choice of cheese:  Cheddar, Swiss or Jack cheese. Patty Melt :  Beef patty topped with sauteed onions & Swiss cheese sandwiched between grilled rye bread.

Rio Grande Enchilada Plate :  Three corn tortillas layered the New-Mexican way with Cheddar & Jack cheese, smothered in red of green Chile sauce.  Served with rice & beans.  Add an egg   Add chicken or beef 

Green Chile Quesadilla:  Blended Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses with Hatch green Chile melted in a large flour tortilla.  Served with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.  Add shredded chicken 

Chile Rellenos:  Two cheese stuffed Hatch Green Chiles lightly breaded and fried.  Smothered in red or green Chile sauce.  Served with rice and beans.

Bean Burrito:  Flour tortilla stuffed with beans and cheese, smothered in red or green Chile sauce.  Served with rice and beans.  Add shredded chicken or sirloin strips 

Carne Adovada Burrito :  Pork marinated in red Chile with potatoes and cheese.  Smothered in red or green Chile.  Served with rice and beans.

Super Nachos:  Tortilla chips layered with cheese, taco beef, beans, green Chile sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.  Topped with guacamole, salsa and sour cream Or have 1/2 order 

Tres Taco Plate:  Three shredded chicken or beef tacos stuffed with shredded lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.  Choice of hard or soft taco shells.  Served with rice and beans.

Santa Fe Club Wrap :  Choice of turkey or ham with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, green Chile and chipotle mayonnaise, wrapped in a flour tortilla.  Served with a choice of side.  A house favorite!

Chicken Strips:  Served with French fries and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.  Try them tossed in BBQ or Hot sauce!

Old Fashioned Chicken Fried Steak:  Chicken fried steak, hand pressed served with mashed potatoes or French fries.

Bun-less Burger:  1/3 lb all-beef patty with Swiss cheese and grilled onions.  Served with vegetable and a side salad.

14 oz. Rib Eye steak grilled to your specifications.  Our most popular steak!

New York Strip Steak

8 oz. steak grilled to your liking.  Choice of potato or rice with vegetable.

T-Bone Steak

16 oz. steak suited to your taste.  Choice of potato or rice with vegetable.

16 oz. Southwestern T-Bone smothered with red or green Chile, fried potatoes, pinto beans, jack and cheddar cheese with a flour tortilla.

Port Wine Glazed Pork Chop

Pan seared 12 oz. pork chop seasoned with jerk seasonings and glazed with Port wine.

Mesquite Smoked BBQ Ribs

1/2 or Full rack

St. Louis pork ribs smothered in our house blended BBQ sauce.  Choice of two sides:  beans, coleslaw, French fries, cottage cheese, vegetables, potato salad or baked potato.

Linguine pasta tossed in a light tomato sauce with fresh herbs topped with parmesan cheese.  Add grilled chicken.

Grilled chicken and linguine tossed in a mushroom and Marsala wine cream sauce.
