Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to change and relax.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Cancellations/Changes

We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Dress

A robe will be provided to you upon arrival to the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discreet manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not automatically added to your services. Our service staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way. Gratuities can be added to your overall bill and placed on any major credit card, charged to your room or cash.

Pool Pass

All guests not staying at the Inn that are receiving treatments may have a day pool pass, weather permitting.

Ivory Gift Store

All of the wonderful products that are used in our treatments are available at the Ivory Gift Store. We will ship our products anywhere in the USA.

The perfect gift for those that want to take care of themselves is an Ivory Spa membership. They are offered in 1, 3, and 6 months or a full year. They give you reduced rates on all spa, hair and nail services as well as restaurant and product discounts. Also included with the membership is a pool pass for you and your family members.
