Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow enough time to fill out any paperwork and to change and relax.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Cancellations/Changes

We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Dress

A robe will be provided to you upon your arrival at the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discreet manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not automatically added to your services. Our service staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way. Gratuities can be added to your overall bill and placed on any major credit card, charged to your room, or cash.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased at the front desk for all services. We will ship our products anywhere in the USA.
